important: by downloading, installing, or using the Beba - Pregnancy Tracker mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. please read them carefully.
1. app overview
Beba is a mobile application designed to help pregnant users track their health, manage milestones, monitor fetal development, and prepare for childbirth. The app offers tracking tools, informational content, checklists, and a journal feature. Beba offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
2. subscription services
2.1 available subscriptions
Beba Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- weekly subscription: $1.99 per week
- yearly subscription: $19.99 per year (best value!)
note: prices may vary by location and are subject to change. current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 subscription features
Beba Pro includes:
- unlimited access to all premium tools (Kick Counter, Advanced Contraction Timer)
- full access to essential checklists (Hospital Bag, Nursery Prep, etc.)
- ad-free experience
- cloud sync for journal entries, photos, and tracking data
- export personalized health reports
- priority customer support
- early access to new features and tracking tools
- advanced symptom and mood analysis
2.3 auto-renewal terms
important subscription information:
- subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
- yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
- you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings after purchase
3. payment and billing
3.1 payment processing
all subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (apple app store or google play store). payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.
3.2 price changes
we reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.
4. cancellation policy
4.1 how to cancel
for iOS users:
- open the settings app on your iphone or ipad
- tap your name at the top
- tap "subscriptions"
- find Beba and tap it
- tap "cancel subscription"
for android users:
- open the google play store app
- tap menu → subscriptions
- find Beba and tap it
- tap "cancel subscription"
4.2 cancellation terms
- you can cancel your subscription at any time
- cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- you will continue to have access to pro features until the end of the paid period
- no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period
5. refund policy
all sales are final. refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:
- iOS: submit refund requests through apple's report a problem website
- android: request refunds through google play store customer service
Beba does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.
6. free trial (if applicable)
if a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. free trials are limited to one per user.
7. user responsibilities
- use the app responsibly and as intended for pregnancy tracking and information
- maintain the security of your account credentials
- use the app in accordance with these terms
- not share your pro account access with others
- not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- ensure all logged data is accurate to the best of your ability
- respect intellectual property rights of all content
8. content usage and restrictions

- all content, information, and tools in Beba are protected by copyright
- content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
- you may not extract, copy, redistribute, or reuse the informational content or checklists from the app
- cloud sync is for backup purposes only and does not grant ownership of content

- Beba is not a medical device. it is a tool for personal tracking and informational purposes only.
- The app does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
- The content provided is **not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.**

- Do not rely solely on Beba for making medical decisions.
9.2 health tracking
The health tracking features (Weight Tracker, Symptom Log, Kick Counter, Contraction Timer) are intended to help you monitor personal metrics for discussion with your doctor. Always follow your doctor's instructions over information provided in the app.
10. data and privacy
your privacy is important to us. please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal health tracking data, journal entries, and app usage patterns.
11. offline functionality
while Beba offers offline functionality for most tracking features and saved data, certain features require an internet connection:
- downloading new content or checklists
- cloud sync functionality
- subscription management and restoring purchases
- receiving the latest weekly development updates
12. age requirements
Beba is intended for adults. users under 18 should use the app only with parental consent and under adult guidance.
13. cloud sync and data storage
- cloud sync is a premium feature available to pro subscribers
- synced data includes journal entries, tracked metrics, and checklists
- we do not guarantee permanent storage of cloud data
- we may delete cloud data after extended periods of account inactivity
- we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data
14. termination
we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Beba at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.
15. updates to terms
we may update these terms of use from time to time. changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. limitation of liability
Beba and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- any medical decision made based on app information
- miscalculations or errors in tracking tools (Kick Counter, Timer)
- data loss or technical issues
- lost productivity or time
- any reliance on the app for critical health monitoring
17. disclaimer of warranties
Beba is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
- specific health outcomes from using the app
- medical accuracy of all informational content
- compatibility with all devices or operating systems
- permanent availability of any specific features or checklists
18. app content and ownership

all informational content, tracking algorithms, and visual assets in Beba are owned or licensed by Beba and protected by copyright laws.

we reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features or content at any time without notice.
19. technical support
we provide technical support for app functionality and subscription management. support does not include medical advice or personalized health coaching.
20. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the united states. any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
21. entire agreement
these terms of use, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beba regarding use of the app.
